Who we are
Apothecare Group Limited (company no. 11824371) is the data controller for enquiries submitted through this website. We are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office under ZA536099.
What we collect
When you use our contact form we collect the details you provide — your name, organisation, organisation type, work email, phone (optional), enquiry type, estimated volume, your message, and your consent (with a timestamp).
Why, and our lawful basis
We use these details solely to respond to your enquiry and to manage a potential business relationship, on the basis of your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to B2B enquiries.
Where it goes
Enquiries are handled on Apothecare-controlled UK infrastructure (our self-hosted CRM), with email notification to info@apothecare.co.uk. We do not sell your data. Anti-spam is provided by Cloudflare Turnstile.
Retention
We keep enquiry data only as long as needed for the purpose above; the defined retention period will be stated here at launch (Go-Live 0.13).
Your rights & contact
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data. Contact info@apothecare.co.uk. You also have the right to complain to the ICO.
